Masherbrum Base Camp Trek

A moderate, lovely trek of 6 days to the Masherbrum base camp and back. The trekking starts from the Hushe village the trek continues northward and arrives at the snout of the Masherbrum Glacier. The trekking beyond the snout and over the crevassed ice is tiring, to reach the Masherbrum Base camp. Masherbrum (7821 M) is one of the magnificent peaks of Karakoram ranges.

DAY-01-ARRIVAL: Arrival Islamabad Airport and transfer to hotel. After short rest in hotel we will visit the Ministry of Tourism and Alpine Club of Pakistan for Trekking Permit and Briefing (Welcome Meeting). Overnight stay in hotel (B)..

DAY-02-CHILAS: Drive to Chilas, o/n in hotel (B/L/D).

DAY-03-SKARDU: Drive to Skardu, o/n in hotel (B/L/D).

DAY-04-HUSHE: Drive to Hushe, o/n in tents (B/L/D).

DAY-05-PARBISAN: Trek to Parbisan, o/n in tents (B/L/D).

DAY-06-BRUMBRUMMAH: Trek to Brumbrummah, o/n in tents (B/L/D).

DAY-07-MASHERBRUM BASE CAMP: Trek to Masherbrum base camp, o/n in tents (B/L/D). (Camp)

DAY-08-FREE DAY: Free day at base camp, o/n in tents (B/L/D).

DAY-09-10-TREK BACK TO HUSHE: Trek back to Hushe at same route, o/n in tents (B/L/D).

DAY-11-SKARDU: Jeep drive to Skardu, and sight seeing there, o/n in hotel (B/L/D).

DAY-12-CHILAS: Drive to Chilas, o/n in hotel (B/L/D).

DAY-13-ISLAMABAD: Drive to Islamabad, o/n in hotel (B/L).

DAY-14-ISLAMABAD: Visit Ministry of Tourism Islamabad/Alpine Club of Pakistan for de-briefing (Send-Off Meeting), o/n in hotel (B).

DAY-15-DEPARTURE: Transfer to Islamabad Airport to fly back to destination and
